Customer Systems Engineer _USD

Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a Customer Systems Engineer 3_USD to join their team. As a Customer Systems Engineer 3_USD, you will be part of the Systems Validation Department supporting the Data Center and Enterprise SSD product lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical judgment, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Independently plan and execute customer-specific SSD and system validation cycles and qualification runs.
• Set up, configure, and maintain validation environments including systems, firmware, OS, and platform settings.
• Analyze validation results, identify failures, and determine next steps such as debugging and risk assessment.
• Develop, extend, and maintain validation test cases, scripts, and automation tools.
• Serve as a technical owner for assigned projects, providing mentorship and sharing best practices across teams.

• Proven experience in system validation, particularly with enterprise or data-center SSD products.
• Strong technical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts and test cases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of firmware, OS, and platform configuration and troubleshooting.
