  • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and related transaction documents
  • Manage commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing with appropriate supervision
  • Collaborate directly with partners and clients on strategic transactional matters
  • Support clients across a range of commercial real estate and development‑related matters
Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • 5–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience within a law firm environment
  • Strong experience handling real estate finance and general commercial real estate transactions
  • Experience with joint ventures and acquisitions/dispositions preferred
  • Exposure to land use and development matters is a plus
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong academic credentials required
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar, or ability to waive in, preferred
Why Consider This Opportunity
  • Sophisticated national practice with high‑profile transactional work
  • Direct client contact and meaningful responsibility
  • Supportive and collaborative culture focused on mentorship and development
  • Strong platform for long‑term advancement and partnership track growth
  • Competitive compensation structure
