Job Title: Supply Chain Project Manager

Location: Longmont, CO

Employment Type: 12-month contract

Compensation: $100,000K +, DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, hybrid flexibility

You’ll have the autonomy to step in, solve real supplier risks, build a stronger and more resilient supply chain, and make a direct impact on keeping production running smoothly.

• Review current suppliers and find ways to improve delivery times and lower costs
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Manage shipping, warehousing, and distribution to ensure products arrive on time
• Improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Conduct supplier audits as needed
• Identify potential risks such as delays or quality issues and develop plans to avoid disruptions
• Work closely with engineering, production, sales, and finance teams to support smooth operations

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management is required
• Minimum of 7 years of Project Management is required
• Proven track record of optimizing supply chain operations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
• Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication skills.

• Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are a plus.
