This role involves the procurement of both indirect and direct commodities, focusing on process improvement and documentation within a manufacturing environment. The position also requires monitoring purchase orders and maintaining effective communication with suppliers.

• Procure indirect and direct commodities efficiently.
• Enhance procurement processes and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Monitor and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely communication with suppliers.
• Support procurement activities in a manufacturing setting.

• 3-5+ Year’s Experience in indirect and direct purchasing.
• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of indirect and direct commodities purchasing.
• Experience supporting high tech, aerospace, or government companies is advantageous.

You will be part of a smaller team that includes a supply chain manager and two other buyers, with plans for significant growth over the next year. The role supports a manufacturing environment, primarily working in an office setting but with occasional visits to the manufacturing or machine shop as required. The company operates in the custom manufacturing space for defense and commercial products.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $50.48/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Longmont, CO.
