Expeditor

The Expeditor role involves efficiently bringing hardware into and out of the ERP system, ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting daily inventory transactions. This position requires a fast‑paced, self‑motivated individual who can communicate effectively across teams to continuously improve processes.

• Shop floor material control, including locating and transporting hardware among workstations.
• Completing daily inventory transactions.
• Assembling material kits.
• Performing daily cycle counts.
• Assisting with periodic full physical inventory counts.
• Identifying low stock levels, conducting preliminary investigations into shortages and escalating when necessary.
• Executing engineering‑approved edits to Manufacturing Orders within ERP.
• Shipping and receiving: scanning and filing, updating ERP receipts, stocking shipping materials, packaging outgoing hardware, and scheduling shipments and pickups.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and routing deliveries to their intended recipients.
• Assisting teams on projects and process improvements.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

• Exceptional organization and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift and transport parts and tools weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with computer software and the ability to learn new programs.
• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizens or permanent residents).
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range for this role: $26.92 - $33.65 per hour, based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
