West Pro Home Exteriors LTD is a residential exterior contractor specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and doors across the Denver metro area and Front Range. We are a values-driven company built on four core principles:
Grow Every Day, Respect Everyone, Keep Your Promises, and Embrace the Journey.
We are growing — and we are building the operational systems that allow our team to work smarter, move faster, and deliver consistent results on every project. This is an opportunity to join a company that takes process seriously and rewards people who do the same.
The OpportunityWe are hiring a Technical Operations Coordinator (TOC) — the operational gatekeeper between our sales and production teams. Every project that moves into the field passes through you first, and your accuracy, organization, and follow-through directly protect West Pro’s brand, profitability, and execution standards.
If you are the kind of person who catches the details others miss, pushes back when something isn’t right, and takes pride in a system that actually works — this role was built for you.
