- Participate in year-long rotations across key Supply Chain functions based on business needs and development opportunities
- Build knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations through hands‑on experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments
- Analyze business processes, data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver results
- Develop project management, communication, and leadership skills through structured experiences, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders
- Gain experience in one or more of the following areas:
Logistics, Environmental Health and Safety, Planning, Supply Chain Analytics & Data Science, Procurement, Food Safety, Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement, Risk Manufacturing - Relocate for rotational assignments as required by business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field completed by June 2027
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, community, or extracurricular experiences
- Interest in building a long-term career within Supply Chain
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to relocate for a minimum of one year during the program based on business needs
- Willingness to travel up to 20%

Possesses effective communication and leadership skills, essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving project success.
