- Able to follow instructions and move in a fast paced work environment
- Proficiency in full-cycle customer service (greeting, service, resolving disputes, etc)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work retail hours
- Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break
- Able to work in extreme heat and/or cold
- Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching
- Experience is not required with auto service (ACE Jiffy Lube has an industry-leading training program)
