Job Overview
Colorado Pond Pros is seeking a Field Operations Leader to fully own field execution across multiple active projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven field professional who leads from the front, understands the work, and ensures plans turn into results.
You will serve as the critical link between the office and the field—driving accountability, efficiency, quality, and crew performance every day. This position is about ownership, decision-making, and setting the standard on job sites, not managing from a distance.

Key Responsibilities- Lead field crews and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards
- Own daily field operations across multiple job sites
- Manage schedules, logistics, and material flow for active projects
- Maintain crew accountability, performance, and morale
- Perform on-site problem-solving, quality control checks, and hands-on support
- Train and mentor team members while enforcing company systems and field standards
- Identify operational issues and implement long-term, practical solutions
- Step into the work alongside crews when needed to maintain credibility and momentum
- Serve as the primary field-level leader supporting execution and consistency
- Proven experience in field operations leadership or crew supervision
- Background in construction, landscaping, water features, or related trades preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to perform hands-on field work alongside crews as needed
- Organized, calm, and effective under pressure
- High standards for jobsite quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between job sites
- Base salary of $65,000–$67,000+ annually
- Performance-based bonus potential (quarterly), tied to team performance and operational efficiency

- Monday–Friday
- Hours may vary based on project needs

Based out of Longmont, CO;
Field-based role across project sites throughout the Colorado Front Range
