Thayer Power & Communication is seeking an Aerial Fiber Foreman to oversee overhead telecommunications construction, maintenance and operations. The role requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented leader with a strong focus on quality.
Responsibilities include supervising the aerial crew, reviewing plans, scheduling, safety oversight, and coordination with management. CDL is required and heavy equipment experience is essential. Weekend/evening availability for local callouts is needed.
