About the Role:
Drives strategy execution by overseeing and managing all aggregate operations for the Colorado and Utah markets, focusing on safety compliance, employee productivity, operational efficiency, customer service levels, employee retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers strategic leadership and management practices to the organization in support of company business strategy.
- Provides excellent customer service to stakeholder groups by addressing issues, questions or concerns in a timely manner.
- Communicates and promotes safety, compliance and environmental requirements in alignment with company standards.
- Monitors and controls operational volumes, capacity, material use, inventory data, and key performance indicators to measure productivity and goal achievement.
- Creates and enforces a culture of safety and environmental stewardship with a focus on compliance with local, state and federal safety regulations.
- Develops staffing plans, work schedules, recruiting, supervision, disciplinary actions, performance appraisals and terminations.
- Builds client and internal relationships to achieve effective service and operational outcomes.
