We are looking for a Central Services Record Tech!
This is a highly visible role within the District Attorney’s Office, providing opportunities to interact with the public, attorneys, and staff across the office. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with people, brings a good sense of humor, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, whether assisting someone on the phone, helping visitors in person, or preparing complex documents for scanning and indexing.
Experience working with legal or confidential matters, as well as interacting with the public, is highly valued.
The District Attorney's Office is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A person in this position would be expected to be available for those hours.

What you’ll be doing :- Answering the main line for the District Attorney’s Office.
- Inputting documents into the imaging system by scanning and indexing departmental records according to established procedures.
- Assisting the public with questions about cases in which they are involved, whether as a defendant, victim, or witness.
- Professional, polite, and attentive in interactions with internal and external customers.
- Proficient in using technical databases with a high level of attention to detail.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment where emergencies and work priorities may shift.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- One (1) year of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar office administrative duties and responsibilities required.
