Established GC in Colorado is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to build the department!

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

A top GC in Colorado, focusing on large heavy-civil projects, is hiring for a Preconstruction Manager. We are looking for someone who is looking to build out the entire department and oversee staff development. If you are looking for a management role and bring a strong estimating/precon background.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction or related roles
• Proficiency in construction management software (OnScreen Takeoff, Quickbid)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
