Position: Stockroom Associate I (25331)

Job Location:

Longmont 0NK54 - Longmont, CO 80503.
Education Level: High School.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.

Job Shift: 2nd (3:45pm to 2:15am, Mon‑Thurs).

Job Summary

Primary duties include kitting work orders, issuing parts, setting up trollies, working the inventory window, and performing inventory transactions in the computer (MRP system).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pick, kit and issue parts to work orders, both physically and in the MRP system.
  • Stand at a workstation all day.
  • Physically set up SMT trollies and place correct parts on correct feeders.
  • Audit others’ work for accuracy.
  • Validate inventory for correct labels, identification, and quantities.
  • Count parts physically and using equipment.
  • Move inventory both physically and in the MRP system.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Work in multiple positions as needed.
  • Maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy at all times.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all warehouse customers.
  • Work under high levels of stress, pressure, and scrutiny.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years related experience required.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Experience performing transactions in an MRP system required.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Work 2nd Shift hours: 3:45pm to 2:15am, Mon‑Thurs.
  • Perform simple math calculations.
  • Use Outlook or other e‑mail platforms.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Handle highly repetitive tasks or routine duties daily.
  • Flex between multiple job functions.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
  • Work under pressure and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Handle multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Team player and can work independently.
  • Audit the work of others.
  • Highly organized.
  • Learn new tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Legible handwriting.
  • Walk, crouch, reach, and lift up to 20lbs.
  • Pass J‑STD‑001 Module1 and 6, taught on site.
