Summary
The Rework Production Associate shall have experience and skills in reworking components for PCBA and be skilled in using equipment to perform the rework.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform and support rework processes for production or RMA using appropriate PCBA rework equipment.
- Order replacement parts from the stockroom using the appropriate material transfer (MT) forms as per procedure.
- Enter rework data into MES (Manufacturing Execution System) as required.
- Perform inspection after rework using inspection equipment such as microscope or x‑ray.
- Set up and support rework machine operations.
- Adhere to safety regulations when performing and using rework equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing PCBA rework.
- Skilled in using PCBA rework/inspection equipment such as SRT or Air Vac.
- Basic knowledge of solder paste and flux chemicals.
- Knowledge and experience in ESD, ISO 9001, and IPC‑A‑610 quality standards.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent industry experience.
- Good English language verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of computers and data entry.
Hourly Range: $17.00 – $20.00 (wage determined by experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate and alignment with market data).
