Robotics Assembly Technician – Longmont, CO

Roca Robotics makes robots for sorting trading cards and managing inventory for large vendors. Each robot is assembled in our Longmont, Colorado facility. The Robotics Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling and testing new robots, receiving inventory, troubleshooting, maintenance, shipping, receiving, and workspace organization.

• Assemble new units according to documentation and training
• Test new units
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing units
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks
• Maintain workspace organization

• 1 year of mechanical assembly and low voltage electrical experience
• Experience with basic hand and power tools
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised to meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills
• Previous robotics experience (preferred)
• Experience with Linux operating system and/or command-line (preferred)
• Certified electric forklift operation (preferred)

• Using standard office equipment, including a computer
• Sitting or standing for up to 10 hours per day
• Continuously using hands and fingers in repetition
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 1000 lbs with proper equipment
• Work in a loud and open environment for up to 10 hours per day

The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $52,000. Compensation may include a target bonus and restricted stock units, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave.
