This fully onsite role offers hands-on work with complex equipment, exposure to greenfield facility builds, and strong long-term growth potential. Role OverviewYou'll perform critical calibrations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting across manufacturing, utilities, and select lab systems. This position supports an active expansion project, requiring precision, strong documentation habits, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- GxP Calibrations — Complete calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate, timely documentation aligned with site procedures.
- Instrumentation Work — Perform flow, conductivity, pH, humidity, temperature, pressure, mass, and dimensional calibrations.
- Equipment Management — Maintain, track, and properly handle standards, test equipment, and client-owned instrumentation.
- Troubleshooting — Support minor repairs and troubleshooting while prioritizing scheduled calibration and maintenance events.
- Safety Compliance — Proactively assess safety risks and ensure full compliance with site safety requirements.
- Client Interaction — Evaluate client needs and help implement effective technical solutions.
- 2+ years calibration or instrumentation experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with conductivity, humidity, temperature, pressure, and pH calibrations.
- Familiarity with process equipment, utilities systems, and basic lab instruments.
- Strong proficiency with loop checks and 4–20 mA instrumentation.
- OSHA 10/30 preferred.
- Two-year degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent military training.
- Experience in pharma, biotech, or other regulated industries.
- Understanding of Traceability, Substitution of Standards, and TURs.
- Working knowledge of GMPs and life-science regulatory expectations.
- Solid electrical panel safety knowledge.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
This is a fully onsite, day-shift role supporting a major facility expansion. Expect exposure to complex systems, diverse calibration challenges, and a fast-moving project environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with potential adjustments as project needs evolve.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $42.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
