We are seeking a skilled Production Operator II to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on assembling products to strict quality standards, working closely with engineering and production teams, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

2nd Shift: Mon‑Thu 3:30 pm – 1:00 am;
Fri 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

• Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Inspect and test components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, providing solutions to improve processes and product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine assembly procedures and implement best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Mentor and train junior assemblers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and product quality.

• 2+ years of experience in an assembly role.
• Understanding of Lean principles and 5S methodology.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong understanding of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in daily tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

The position is based in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must stand for approximately 80% of their shift, walk for approximately 20% of their shift, and carry 60-80 lbs. Additionally, candidates must be able to push or pull up to 1000 lbs on a pallet jack or cart as required.

August 15th (may be extended or closed earlier depending on applicant volume and hiring needs).

Longmont, CO (on‑site).

The expected base compensation range is $24.00 – $26.50 per hour plus a $2.25 per hour shift differential.
