Perform precision grinding, lapping, and polishing of glass, ceramic, and silicon components using both manual and automated equipment;
Operate and assist with the maintenance of CNC fabrication equipment while producing high-quality precision parts;
Inspect, clean, handle, and package delicate components while maintaining strict quality standards;
Complete production documentation and process work orders using an ERP system while following detailed manufacturing procedures;
Support a safe, clean manufacturing environment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
