The Shop Associate is responsible for supporting the wood finishing and production process through a variety of hands-on tasks. Must have recent wood work experience.

Shop Associate/woodshop Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Prepare wood materials for the finishing process.
• Sand, stain, and finish wood products according to quality standards
• Assist with production tasks as needed to support workflow and meet production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient shop operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to lift and carry materials as needed.
• 1+ years experience
• Ability to work with hand tools
