The Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Longmont, CO. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery used in the manufacturing and packaging of food and herbal products. Day-to-day tasks include performing machine start-up and shut-down procedures, adjusting settings to meet production specifications, and ensuring consistent product quality. The Machine Operator will inspect products and materials, perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment, and promptly report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
The role also involves following safety and sanitation guidelines, completing basic production records, and communicating with supervisors and team members to maintain efficient workflow.
- Candidates should possess skills in machine operation and working with production machinery.

- Candidates should possess skills in using hand tools for basic adjustments, minor repairs, and equipment maintenance.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and team members and following written and verbal instructions.
- Previous experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs as needed, and work safely around machinery.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical or vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
