This is an opportunity to lead and shape a critical engineering function during an exciting period of growth and transformation. You’ll lead a team of manufacturing engineering professionals while partnering closely with Operations, Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams to improve how we build today—and help design how we’ll manufacture tomorrow.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, develop, and manage the Manufacturing Engineering team, including Manufacturing Engineers, Production Development Engineers, Manufacturing Software Engineers, and Production Support Technicians.
• Establish departmental goals, priorities, project plans, resource allocation, and performance metrics aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure effective day-to-day engineering support for manufacturing operations by removing production constraints, minimizing downtime, and resolving technical issues.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of manufacturing processes, work instructions, test procedures, tooling, fixtures, automation systems, and production software solutions.
• Collaborate with teams on manufacturing capacity planning, line balancing, workflow optimization, and production scalability initiatives to support business growth.
• Ensure manufacturing processes, test methods, and production controls consistently meet quality, safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) efforts related to manufacturing defects and production downtime
