Position SummaryThe UCHealth Women’s Clinic team in Longmont, CO is seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who possesses empathy, talent, drive, and a “patients first” mentality. Our ideal candidate has strong operating room experience and a passion for women’s health care.
Required Experience- 2 years of Gynecology Surgery experience – including robotic surgery.
- 2‑3 years of Women’s Care experience.
- Flexible schedule – 5 8‑hour days or 4 10‑hour days.
- Full prescriptive authority required for Family Nurse Practitioners.
We will be open for a minimum of 3 days and remain open until a top candidate is identified.

Requirements for Physician Assistants- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
- Unrestricted license to practice as a PA in Colorado.
- PA‑C certification required for hire and must be maintained throughout employment.
- Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of practice.
- Eligible to provide services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid.
- Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs.
- Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges.
- Prescriptive authority as appropriate, per medical staff privileging process.
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- Full or provisional prescriptive authority eligibility required.
- Master’s degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- ANCC or AANPCB certification required for hire and must be maintained throughout employment.
- Unrestricted NP license issued by the State Board of Nursing in the state of practice or compact privileges under the multi‑state Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges.
- Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of practice.
- Eligible to provide services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid.
- Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs.
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- Pay range $124,384 – $163,067 annually; dependent on relevant experience.
- Relocation bonus up to $10,000, if eligible.
- Paid malpractice insurance.
- CME up to $3,500 and up to 5 days annually.
- 403(b) with employer matching; 457(b) voluntary option if eligible.
- Health and welfare benefits: medical, vision, dental, life, and disability coverage – including coverage for eligible dependents.
- Eligibility for public service loan forgiveness; free assistance in navigating the PSLF program.
- Employer‑paid short‑term disability coverage; up to 66.67% of base pay while supplementing Colorado FAMLI.
- Employer‑provided long‑term disability coverage equals 50% of base pay, up to $17,500 per month, with optional higher coverage.
