, with most shifts lasting between 4 to 6 hours a day, 3+ days per week

Our patients depend on the plasma we collect, so your reliability during scheduled hours is greatly valued. Part‑time roles are designed with flexibility for both sides.

Every day the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations.

• You will answer phones, greet donors, and focus on our donors while ensuring their safety and that of our team.
• You will screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs, and perform finger‑stick tests.
• You will use the Donor Information System, prepare charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
• You will be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., occasionally up to 32 lbs., and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and the ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• Because of potential exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
  1), 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear.
• At least one year of minimum experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.

U.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $18.00 (actual wages will equal or exceed state/local minimum wage requirements).
