Life Care Center of Longmont is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to coordinate and assist with MDS assessments, CAAs, and care plans in accordance with CMS RAI Regulations and Life Care standards.
The role requires an RN license, 2 years of nursing experience (geriatrics preferred), and CPR certification. The RN will ensure accurate documentation, educate staff on CMS updates, and participate in required meetings, with on-call rotation every 9 days.
