Life Care Center Of Longmont is seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator to oversee and coordinate MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans in compliance with CMS RAI Manual regulations.
The role requires an active RN license, 2 years in nursing (geriatric preferred), and CPR certification. You will participate in daily meetings, educate staff, and maintain high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
