We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team, delivering quality nursing care to patients and promoting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assessing patient needs through ongoing evaluation and updating care plans accordingly
- Providing clinical supervision to C NAs and LPNs
- Implementing departmental policies, goals, and procedures
- Exhibiting excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude towards patients
- Communicating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Diploma in nursing (associate's or bachelor's degree)
- Active RN license in applicable state
- Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification, maintained current during employment
good judgment, reasoning skills, teamwork, and excellent customer service attitude.
