Unit Cath Lab RN
Job Duties:
Circulate and monitor cases, pre and post procedure, pre procedure and post procedure patient calls.
Experience or 'Must have' skills:
Cath experience a must, IR experience or willing to learn would be preferred.
Shifts & Scheduling: RN's work 4 9 hour shifts per week.
Weeknight/Call Requirements:
Some week night call approx 10 per month.
Weekend/Call Requirements:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday call about every 3rd weekend.
Holiday/Call Requirements:
Holiday call is required, but is shared amongst the staff. 1 major summer and 1 major winter.
What is call response time? 30 minutes.
Floating Requirements:
If an extreme need could float within zone 3: LUH, OCH, SAH, SAN.
Scrub Color/Dress Code:
Provided blues.
Unit/Department specific orientation:
Orientation done over a couple of days during the week after CSH orientation.
