Wellness Nurse

Morning Star Senior Management LLC seeks a compassionate Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) to provide overnight clinical care in our senior living community. In this part-time NOC role, you'll administer medications, monitor resident health, respond to emergencies, and support personalized care plans for assisted living and memory care residents. Responsibilities

• Provide overnight clinical nursing care to assisted living and memory care residents
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and community protocols
• Monitor resident conditions, perform assessments, and document in EHR accurately and timely
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate care escalation as needed
• Support development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, person-centered care
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, community policies, and infection control standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to support resident well-being
• Participate in training, quality improvement, and performance initiatives
