We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, lead shift routines, and oversee nursing activities within a long-term care setting.
Key responsibilities include:- Providing leadership and direction on the assigned unit
- Delivering comprehensive resident care and assessments
- Maintaining accurate documentation and charting
- Participating in staff evaluations and staffing decisions
- Serving on committees to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration
- Assuming "Building Charge" duties as assigned
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Maintaining required CEUs
- Preferred experience in long-term care
