Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Responsibilities:Conduct ongoing patient assessments, revise care plans based on condition changes, provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, and promote positive patient outcomes. Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications & Skills- Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Active RN license in the applicable state, maintained in good standing.
- Preferred: at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification at hire or during orientation, kept current throughout employment.
- Strong communication, reasoning, and judgment skills.
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude towards patients.
Implement departmental policies, provide compassionate patient care, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient health and well-being.
