NEOTech is seeking an in‑process inspector in Longmont, CO 80503 to inspect products at SMT, Wave, and Selective Soldering stages. You will ensure conformance to IPC‑A‑610, J‑STD‑001 and IPC‑600, handle MSD/ESD, document results, and escalate non‑conformances within the ERP system.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years electronics manufacturing experience, plus familiarity with calipers, gauges, and automated measuring tools like Smart Scope or CMM.
