Founded in 2004 in Boulder, Colorado, as an e-commerce business we now make 200 of our own highly popular Only Natural Pet branded products, including food, treats, supplements, and natural flea prevention & treatment - sold both online and in retail stores nationally.

We are a 10-person team responsible for Pick and Pack eCommerce operations and perform a wide range of distribution center functions from picking orders, making boxes, loading trucks and more.

• Primary responsibility is related to packing and shipping orders to customers
• General distribution center duties as they arise
• Be detail oriented
• Support and participate the company in meeting its sustainability goals related to the environment, employees, and community

• Strong attention to detail
• High School or equivalent.
• Ability to work on your feet at a fast pace for 10+ hours a day (various shift options)
• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance history, and team player mentality
• Available Weekdays, Saturday Shifts also available - potential overtime/performance incentives
• Ability to lift 70lbs

The Colorado pay range for this position is from $14.80 to $22.61. Exact rate of pay will be based on relevant experience level, training, skills or knowledge and store location. In no instance will Pet Smart pay less than the local minimum wage. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus, as well as benefits, as described at Pet Smart.
