As part of the produce team, you’ll make important decisions about the quality of the produce that members and their families eat by ensuring availability, cleanliness and freshness, and providing front‑line customer service that enhances the member’s shopping experience.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
• Maintain inventory so that there is no out‑of‑stock or over‑stock products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Understand processes and specifications related to the quality of produce merchandise, including preparation, trimming, packaging, and scaling.
• Maintain product safety and follow company sanitation guidelines.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Use perpetual inventory management techniques to stock and rotate department products.
• Guide peers and provide attention to customer needs.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledge that the position requires completion of all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and hourly premiums of up to $3.00 per hour.
