Position SummaryProvides member service, maintains the checkout area, resolves member issues and concerns, promotes Sam's Club products and services, provides guidance on self‑service technology, implements member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges per company policies, and follows safety standards including safety sweeps.
Maintains entrance and exit areas, verifies membership, assists members with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, promotes products, zones the area, arranges merchandise, assists with item transportation, provides a safe shopping environment, reviews receipts, guards assets, maintains logs, and executes emergency response procedures.
Assists in training Member Frontline Services associates on processes, teaches technology, delivers program rollout training, and provides continuous learning opportunities.
Ensures compliance with safety, security, and ethical standards, reports unsafe situations, identifies shrink and damages, and implements action plans per the Open Door Policy.
Minimum Qualifications- Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers.
- Experience working with mobile retail applications.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
