Position Overview

Brand: EZPawn

Pay range: $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, based on experience.

Start as a Trainee in a 5‑week paid training program. Earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion.

Continue with the Pawnbroker Certification Program to earn an additional $1 per hour.

Explore opportunities to advance to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) and eventually to Assistant Manager, which includes a 6‑month training program to run your own store.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with them in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics, is a plus.
