Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker)
We offer a structured career path that begins with a 5‑week paid training program. Successful trainees receive a $0.50 hourly raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Additional training in the Pawnbroker Certification Program can earn an extra $1 per hour, and further advancement opportunities include Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) and Assistant Manager positions, which include a 6‑month training program to manage a store.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, engaging in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that differentiates our store from competitors.
• Assist customers in reaching mutually satisfactory agreements on pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
