Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $19 – $32 per hour (minimum wage is covered).
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Prepare quality products for customers.
• Engage with customers at the service counter.
• Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor.
