SMB Account Executive, Comcast Business

Job Summary

Responsible for the sale of integrated communication structure to small-to-medium business customers. Develops relationships with individual businesses and the community and positions the Comcast brand as a key component of the sales strategy.

• Assist with the creation and delivery of face‑to‑face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
• Promote bundled product sales to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
• Sell with goals of exceeding departmental, financial, and unit targets.
• Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
• Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
• Focus on goal achievement and be results‑driven.
• Assist with developing sales territory, cultivating local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
• Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and ensuring superior customer experience.
• Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention; collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed expectations.
• Prepare sales and activity reports as required.
• Participate in out‑of‑the‑office meetings with customers and demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills, including presenting, persuading and negotiating.

Consistent independent judgment and discretion. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Base Pay: $56,000.00. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $86,000.00.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 0–2 years relevant work experience.
