Outside Sales Representative - Southern Colorado
Valor Peak Distillery – Longmont, CO
Full‑time base pay plus uncapped commission and mileage reimbursement.
This is not a typical sales job. We are not looking for someone to manage accounts; we want to build a brand from the ground up.

- You will own Southern Colorado.
- You build the relationships.
- You open the accounts.
- You grow the territory.
- You drive the revenue.
This is a true outside sales, self‑distribution role with no middle layers and no hand‑holding.
What You Will Be Doing- Get our bottles on shelves behind bars and into the hands of decision makers.
- Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts consistently.
- Build real relationships with liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and hotels.
- Manage your territory as if it were your own business.
- Handle order flow, follow‑ups, and account growth.
- Track your pipeline and performance daily.
- You have sold beer, wine, or spirits before and understand how the industry works.
- You do not need someone telling you what to do every day.
- You want freedom, ownership, and accountability.
- You are competitive and care about winning.
- You want to make more money based on performance, not a capped salary.
- You take pride in building something that lasts.
- 6 percent uncapped commission on all personal sales.
- No ceiling—your effort equals your income.
- Mileage reimbursement.
- Paid onboarding and training.
- Expected earnings $45,000 to $60,000 plus; top performers will exceed that.

- Prior liquor‑industry sales experience (beer, wine, or spirits).
- Strong understanding of the Colorado market.

- TIPS certification or willingness to obtain it—we will cover it.
- Ability to work independently and execute.
