Position Overview
We’re looking for a customer‑focused Account Manager to join our Operations Team to help our customers bring their products to market. The role is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities- Assist customers daily with orders, scheduling shipments, providing quotes, processing and following up on invoices.
- Collaborate with the sales team and work on the front line.
- Real pro at creative problem solving.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP packages like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, and People Soft.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with two or more years of experience or an equivalent combination.
Annual salary range $56,500–$65,000 plus bonus. Competitive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more.
