As an In-Home Sales Representative
, you ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales position where you ll use our innovative iPad-based sales system to create beautiful bath designs, educate homeowners, and close sales.

• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions with our user-friendly software
• Build rapport with homeowners and provide expert product recommendations
• Present pricing options and confidently close sales
• Participate in weekly sales training to continually improve your skills and performance
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through the sale

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred
• Experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry is a plus
• Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking with homeowners
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local service area

• Commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential
• Expected annual earnings: $75,000–$150,000+
