** build relationships with HOA property managers
** and multi-family communities across the Front Range. This is an in person, prospecting, and relationship building job.

** Responsibilities
* ** Prospecting HOA Managers and multi-family decision-makers daily
* Build and manage those relationships long-term through in person, phone and digital nurture.* - Run a scheduled visit calendar. In-person, consistent, professional
* Host and attend lunch & learns, educational and networking events.
* Manage your own $30,000 annual outreach budget.
* Track your progress.
* Report to, and collaborate with, Sales Leadership within the department.
* Host & Attend after hours events (Hours are flexible to account for after hours obligations)
** Education Requirements
*** Associates or Bachelor's Degree
** Experience Requirements
*** 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience
** Desired Skills
*** Comfortable owning a book of relationships.
* A mindset for performance accountability. High performers love to keep score.
* Thick skin for prospecting. Rejection doesn't slow you down.
* Organized enough to run your own budget and calendar without hand-holding.
* The ability to thrive in an autonomous environment.
** Qualifications
* ** Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
* Professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or HOA Community Management
