Overview
Our Technicians are part of the heartbeat of our company, keeping families camping and creating lifelong memories. Our growing service team plays a vital role in the experience we provide to our customers and in maintaining our successful service center.
Responsibilities- Responsible for servicing new and used RVs. General RV Technicians do not service the chassis or engines, only interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing.
- RV specific certifications will be provided by General RV; ASE certification is not required.
- Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers and how the issue can be repaired.
- Responsible for meeting the company standard of quality.
- Inspect RVs thoroughly.
- Provide own tools.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a reliable and strong work ethic.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- 5 – 7 years of automotive, aviation, marine, diesel, or appliance technical experience.

This role provides a 90 day training pay period of $20 per hour plus flat rate pay based on hours billed. Following training, pay is at a flat rate scale based on experience and RVIA Technician Certification level. Actual compensation will vary based on individual performance, skills, and experience.
