Maintain, test, repair, and modify heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems and related temperature controls.;
Provide maintenance support to air handling units, exhaust systems, VAVs, BAS, and chilled water systems.;
Conduct airflow and balancing tests for accreditation and infection control programs.;
Perform routine preventive maintenance and maintain records to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.;
Assist in construction, remodeling, and maintenance projects.
