Service Advisor – Valley Nissan

- Greet guests and build lasting relationships through exceptional service
- Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Clearly explain recommended services and repair needs
- Prepare estimates and communicate repair progress
- Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
- Help create an outstanding ownership experience for every guest
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills
- Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred but not required
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
