As our Manager of Child and Family services you will lead a team of specialized child and family experts. You will influence community and funding partners, provide advocacy, and provide education to your team to support their development. You would use your LCSW license to provide supervision for those pursing LCSW licensing and supervising licensed and unlicensed therapist.
You will lead a team who serve children, teens, and their families in a trauma informed clinical setting. You will use your clinical practice experience and rely on your systems knowledge to provide your team with guidance, direction and mentorship. With your experience family systems experience, supporting the child, you will coach and mentor your team's education.

Compensation: $71,180 - $92,550 Annualized
What We Need:
- Masters Degree in Social Work
- Three (3+) years leading a professional level team in a community mental health environment or similar organization.
- Licensed LCSW
- Expert in children, teens and families
