• Pay or shift range: $54,763 USD to $76,968 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

What we need for this job
:

• Fluent in Spanish
• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
• One (1) or more years experience in a clinical environment
• Experience with play therapy and interest in working with younger children
• Familiarity with working within child welfare and school systems
• Passionate advocate for clients and families who have experienced oppression or discrimination
• Within 24 months acquire full license of LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT
• Collaborative and client‑centered experience
• Experience using Motivational Interviewing, TF‑CBT, DBT, or CBT in a clinical environment
• Background, passion and desire to work with children, adolescents and their families struggling with trauma, depression, and anxiety
