Overview
As a Wellness Coordinator, you will be the first voice that many women hear when they take the courageous step toward therapy. Your role is to compassionately listen, support, and help match each client with the clinician who is the best fit for their needs. This is a phone-based, client-facing role where you’ll work independently while being deeply connected to a supportive, mission-driven team.

LocationThis position’s primary place of work is located at our beautiful Longmont, Colorado location. Easy access on Ken Pratt Blvd in Longmont, you will love coming to work at our clean modern office suites.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and text
- Listen with empathy and guide clients in selecting the best clinician for their needs
- Schedule and coordinate appointments using our client management systems
- Maintain accurate client information and billing details in our electronic health systems
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately in all interactions
- Collaborate with the Intake and Operations teams to ensure continuity of care
- Uphold and follow HIPAA confidentiality standards
- Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training
- Support the Longmont office, including property management and day-to-day operational needs
- You are warm, grounded, and confident on the phone
- You care deeply about women’s emotional well‑being and agency
- You can stay organized and focused while managing multiple tasks
- You enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive team
- You are dependable, communicative, and proactive
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare or mental health intake, client coordination, or phone-based sales or an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Experience using EHR/EMR and CRM systems
- Previous experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or wellness intake setting is a plus
