Job Title:

Driver / Warehouse Associate,

Reports to:

Logistics Director.

The Driver/Warehouse Associate is responsible for transporting goods between facilities, maintaining driver logs, ensuring compliance with Department of Transportation regulations, handling shipping, receiving, internal picking, returns, FIFO standards, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean safe environment.

• Maintain a valid Commercial Driver license.
• Comply with Department of Transportation regulations.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the tractor/trailer.
• Operate a safe motor vehicle.
• Perform shipping, receiving, internal picking, returns, and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure all plant personnel comply with plant procedures; report non‑compliance to upper management.
• Be a team player.
• Work required hours to execute warehouse associate duties.
• Operate a forklift and obtain forklift certification.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact positively with all personnel and customers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Think outside the box and use innovative methods to solve problems.

Normal manufacturing environment. Tasks may involve lifting materials/products up to 70 lbs. Requires use of safety equipment: eye protection, hearing protection, non‑slip shoes. Loose fitting clothing and jewelry not permitted. Shift: Monday‑Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Pay: $19.50 per hour.
